His Career Has Continued With the 4 Star Hotel Cachette Et Pierre Blanche Les Arcs 1600 in Haute Savoie, Followed by the Hotel Cresta Kulm in St-Moritz, Switzerland. the Chef Was Lured To London To Work At Monsieur Thompson’s French Restaurant in Notting-Hill Followed by LA Brasserie St Quentin On Old Brompton Road. Chef Antoniotti Came To Miami in 1984 and Went To Work for Chef Maurice Which Became Le Provencal Restaurant in 1988.
